Soul musician (Born in Philadelphia, 24 June 1936 Died 24 July 2017) (guitarist, violinist) and Producer (has been a R&B baritone singer in the 50s in The Medallions (7), then the Manhattans). Managed the Philadelphia soul label Harthon in the 1960s, with Luther Randolph and Weldon Arthur McDougal III. The same trio also formed Dyno-Dynamic Productions. Johnny Stiles also recorded with Frank Virtue as producer, generally credited as Virtue-Stiles born in Philadelphia, 24 June 1936.
