A.k.a. Joly Baki Amen Mubiala
Joly Mubiala (born in DRC) is the younger brother of late King Kester Emeneya. He started music in his brother group, Victoria Eleison and then joined Papa Wemba and Viva La Musica. In 1990, He releases ''Cadeau D'Amitié'', 1995 ''Terre Noire'' and in 1998 ''L'Amour Du Ciel''. Since his older brother died, he took his place to be the leader of Victoria. They are working on an album called ''Kiwini''.
