Character played by actor/comedian John Belushi. Leader of the Blues Brothers band with his 'brother' Elwood Blues (a character played by Dan Aykroyd), Jake Blues is lead singer of the band. Jake first appeared in a 1978 episode of tv comedy show Saturday Night Live.
