A.k.a. Kurtis Viers, Rick Robinett
Acoustic duo formed by Kansas City musicians Kurtis Viers and Rick Robinett in 2002. They recorded 4 songs, one in 2002 and 3 in 2003, with the intent of releasing an EP, but was shelved due to the daily pressure of their lives. They later formed the band Our American Cousin in 2006 and signed with No Sleep Records. In 2007, in the final days of Our American Cousin's existence as a band, the two recorded one last song under the Jon Found Jesus name. Chris Hansen, the owner of No Sleep Records, came upon the 5 JFJ recordings and released them (as "The [lost] E.P.") for free on the NSR website.
