Producer - Songwriter - Musician Jorge Corante is an award-winning composer and producer who’s worked on feature films, documentaries, video games and records. Some of his film scoring highlights are: the award-winning documentary film Dirt! The movie narrated by Jamie Lee Curtis, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Corante also scored the dark comedy Adultolescence by writer-director Vicky Shen, which premiered at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival. Corante has contributed numerous songs in films including; The Town (starring Ben Affleck, Jeremy Renner), Ninja Assassin (Starring rain, Naomie Harris), Scary Movie 3 (Starring Charlie Sheen, Anna Faris), Big Mommas House 2 (Starring Martin Lawrence, Nia Long) and Disney’s The Proud Family Movie (Starring Kyla Pratt, Tommy Davidson). In addition to his work in film, Corante has co-written and produced songs for various commercially successful artists such as Janet Jackson (“Runaway Gman Remix”, “Twentyforeplay SlowJam Remix”), Brownstone (“Party Wit Me”, “Fruit of Life”), Adina Howard (“It’s all about you”, “You don’t have to Cry”, “You got me Humpin'”) Kci & JoJo (“How many Times”) and Paula Abdul (“To you”).
