Jorge Niño Vela

Born in Buenos Aires. He worked as a musical critic. Travelled to Europe in several ocasions for which he dictated conferences on traditions of cities of the old continent. Worked on various radios and newspapers. In 1971 he received in Basilea (Switzerland) the medal of the arts for his dedication in favor of the general culture.
