Jorun Bombay is a Portuguese hip hop DJ & Artist/Producer from Halifax Nova Scotia (Canada) & was one of the key people in creating a hip hop scene on the east coast of Canada in the late 80s-early 90s in Halifax NS. Jorun was the leader of a Halifax hip hop coalition called "Haltown Projex" which between 1991-98 boasted a line-up inclusing Buck 65, Classified, Sixtoo (Anticon / Sebutones), Product KVA (Nelstar), Hip Club Groove (who signed to Sloan's Murderrecords and later formed Len on Dreamworks) and many others who rose to greater fame in the late 90s and beyond 2000.
