1921-2011, from Sydney, Australia From 1978, she presented the regular Joy-a-Jazz program on Radio 2MBS-FM, for more than 20 years. From 1987 until 1995, Jensen was a jazz critic for the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper. She was also the Australian correspondent for the American magazine Cadence.
