A work for magnetic fields, weather satellites, custom-built antennae and force fields. Produced during a three-month residency at The Cape Bruny lighthouse, Bruny Island, Tasmania. "Spectral" is the original stereo sound track for the multi channel video installation "The Levitation Grounds" made in collaboration with David Haines and remastered at Arcadia St Studios, Coogee, Australia. Sustained VHF transients, preauroral aberrations and the automatic picture transmissions of the American NOAA and Russian Meteor satellites.
