A.k.a. Juan José Suárez Salazar

Spanish Flamenco Guitarist (Madrid 1966). Paquete is a descendant of the family of los Porrina. He has worked with artists that have very different characteristics, such as Antonio Canales, El Güito, Enrique Morente, Estrella Morente, Joaquin Cortes, Niña Pastori, Manzanita, Montse Cortés, Mecano, Radio Futura, Max Roach, etc. In 1991 he formed the band "La Barbería Del Sur with Enrique Heredia "Negri", fitting squarely in the so-called new flamenco. In 2002 they recorded their seventh album called "Negri and Paquete" with 11 songs that clearly demonstrate the maturity of the group. Compositions of exquisite taste that lead from flamenco to jazz, bulería, rumba, sevillanas, all filtered through the sieve personnel of this magnificent musician.
