Country music songwriter. Born in the early 1940s in Princeton, West Virginia, she graduated from Athens High School in Athens, WV in 1957. She began to write country music while working as a model. Moved to Cincinnati in 1960 and married Irving H. Rosen. Signed a contract with Sawgrass Music Publishers, Inc. in 1969.
