Rear Cover Notes (Translated from Spanish): Julian Carrillo - Third Symphony Atonal - Symphonic Orchestra Lamoureux Of Paris Atonality is defined simply by moving away from the traditional "Major" and "Minor" modes on which music was based until recent times. The atonality of Julian Carrillo is different from the modalities that derive from those of Arnold Schoenberg; his works are written in one of the new scales proposed by him in his book: "Infinity in scales and chords". This Third Symphony without being properly descriptive, however, has clearly defined characters in the title of its movements: I: Allegro Tempestuoso II. Lento Misterioso III. Allegretto casi Scherzo IV. Marcial Louis de Froment is a distinguished French orchestral conductor of the Orchestras of the Duchy of Luxembourg and the Principality of Monaco. Who have international fame from their numerous recordings. Private Press - Unusual release as the catalogue number on the cover - JC-014 - is different from the number on the record's center labels which are JC 006. Also the rear cover appears to have had a differently designed second rear 'cover' sticker placed over the original rear cover. In the images included for this release you can see the ghost image - similar in style to other Carrillo Sonido 13/Philips releases - seeping through the newer image. I have no idea why this has been done, as it appears that even fuller information and details of the record are under this sticker. All information on the cover relates to the vinyl, despite the fact that the catalogue number and label code differ - unlike all other Sonido 13 releases.
