Album UK 2006 on Renrag Promotions label
Rock (Acoustic)
Lowden 6-string used on tracks 1, 2, 6, 7, 8 & 11. Taylor 12-string: 3, 4, 5, 9 & 12. Picado classical: 10. Dorset church recordings - guitar: all except 8 & 11, vocals: 5 & 6 only. Studio recordings - The Hide, Dorset: guitar: 8, vocals: all except 5 & 6. The Annex, Hampshire: 11. Mixed and mastered at The Hide. Open Play (Renrag Records) was performed acoustically, openly, playfully, exuberantly and essentially. Just for the hell of it, no amplification, samples or synths were used - it was all lungs and wires, fingers and mikes, one guitar and vocal part per song; less being more.
