Born 13.05.1978 producer - composer - engineer - dj Julian (DJ Mzuzu) started as a musician when he was 7 years old playing violoncello. Soon he played guitar and bass, leading to bands and compositions. He worked for the label "Légère Recordings" where he produced a few reissues and released a lot of his recordings. The LP "Good Feeling" he composed and produced for Jay W. McGee in 2015 went number 5 in the UK soul charts in 2015. The production team "The Unbelievable Two" still works on new releases. Mzuzu played guitar in the these bands. Groovealliance, Karamala, Funknastico, Superbad, Mothertune, Urban Organic Show Band. Pitch & Scratch, The Unbelievable Two. He is a vinyl loving funk DJ since 1997, playing regular at the Le Fonque and The Funk Boutique at the Hafenklang in Hamburg. He shared decks with: Polyrhythm, The Jan, Keb Darge, Florian Keller, Henry Storch, Mr .Mellow, Calamity Jade, Funkfreakz, Satenga, Yashmak, Wedding Soul Kollectiv, Suro, Marius No.1, From here to funk, Soul Rabbi, Soul Professor, Alfredo Maddaloni, Mr. Smith, The Fonque crew.....
