One of the very few female singers during the 60's Rock 'N Roll era in Mexico in which the popular songs sung in English were recorded in Spanish. Julissa began her singing career at the age of 14 as a member of The Spitfires, which was formed by her brother, Luis de Llano Macedo. Once married to Benny Ibarra, lead singer of Los Yaki with whom she had 2 children: Benny Ibarra & Alejandro Ibarra
