Junction was founded by Amir, who is also the guitarist in 1985. Junction has produced three albums titled Arah (1988), Penentuan(1989) and Petualangan (1990) throughout their involvement in music. Junction used to be popular through songs Akan Ku Kenang and Demi Cinta Setia in the late '80s whose lyrics were written by Mama Juwie, former entertainment journalist.
