Brazilian rock musician Jurandi Trindade, best known as the drummer of The Jet Blacks, was born in Rio das Contas, Bahia in December 1st, 1943 and died in July 13th, 2004. He started playing the drums at the age of sixteen, and joined The Jet Blacks in the early 1960s, remaining in the band until disbanding in 2003.
