Scottish band of the 60s, founded in Edimburgh. They played in resort hotels around Europe (SaintTropez, Marbella) and then broke new ground in Morocco. They were the first rock band to play there, and regular tv and radio airplay brought them to the attention of Prince Moulay Abdellah, who ordered them by royal decree to play at an engagement party. After a 10-month stay in Morocco, they returned to Scotland and changed their name to Gully Foyle. Line Up: Stefan "Kos" Kocemba - Lead guitar Billy Allardyce - Drums Pete Goldie - Vocals, rhythm guitar Jim Scott - Vocals Werner Frolich / Carl Saunders - Bass
