All tracks written by different members of Kíla and arranged by similar members of Kíla: except as below. The tracks from this album were recorded in: Dublin on four different nights in from December 2002 through to Paddy's Day 2004. The track with Zakir Hussain guesting on it was recorded in Sydney Australia 2004 and Faoiseamh was recorded in Rouen, France in 1999.
