A.k.a. Keith McKnight Drastik Plastik Keith McKnight
UK artist producing Atmospheric Drum & Bass since the 1990s. Keith McKnight is Glasgow (Scotland) based, and in 1992/93, was one of the only DJs in Scotland to focus on Drum and Bass. Scotland at the time was wrapped up in Euro Gabber/Happy Hardcore scenes but he stuck to his guns and put on a few D&B events in Edinburgh named "Jungle Book" for which LTJ Bukem was one of the guest DJs (his first gig in Scotland), and possibly where the collaborations started. Also promoted the Street Knowledge night in Edinburgh. He was also the owner of Drastic Plastic Records just off the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. He started his own label "MicroDeepBeats" in 2009 to focus on deep, experimental drum & bass.
