A.k.a. Piet Kaempfer & Ralf Dietze Protonica

The Berlin based guys Piet Kaempfer & Ralf Dietze share a long and deep-rooted background in music production and DJing. Being DJs since 1995 they started producing Psy-Trance under the name Protonica in 2004. After numerous Live & Dj gigs all over Europe they were simultaneously infected with the new sound of Progressive House in 2006. This led to the formation of the project KAEMPFER & DIETZE besides Protonica - as a playground for exploring new directions without strict style conventions and limitations. Fat and dirty sounds, retro-grooves and deep atmospheres are the ingredients of their tracks. First songs as Kaempfer & Dietze have been published on Iono Music, Spintwist, Blue Tunes and Tribal Vision Records.
