A.k.a. Kai Anton Carl Nyholm Hoffmann
Danish lyricist (31. August 1874 in Copenhagen - 29. August 1949 in Gladsaxe) Kai Hoffmann was a qualified lawyer, but from 1914 he chose to live his writing. He moved predominantly in the poetic genre and published numerous poetry collections, that revolve around the safe and cozy home, of Copenhagen and the life in the city, and not least about the nature in its diversity. Especially in connection with the reunification in 1920 - and also during the occupation class - his poetry became very national, and he was increasingly used as an occasional poet on official occasions.
