Kajsa Magnarsson (1985-) is a Swedish sound artist, performer and curator. She lives in Gothenburg, Sweden. Magnarsson works in many different fields, from making films and sound installations to playing at nightclubs. Her most recent collaboration is the band KC BABY with Conny Nimmersjö. Kajsa Magnarsson has a BA in Composition, Sound Art, from Academy of Music and Drama, Gothenburg University. She has also studied composition at Universität der Künste in Berlin and at Gotland School of Composers. Magnarsson is a member of Föreningen Svenska Tonsättare (the Swedish Composers Society) . She is active in the interdiciplinary Gothenburg scene 24kvm as a board member and producer. Magnarsson is also a board member of Konstmusiksystrar, a union for Swedish trans- and female composers and sound artists.
