Track A4 spelled as “Jolana” on center label and in the liner notes. Track A5 titled as “Das Lebenslied / L'âme des poètes” on center label. Some credits are mentioned in the liner notes, partly indirectly, or on center labels. The back cover includes a note about the death of Karel Duba and several group members in a bus crash on August 21, 1968, during their Mongolia tour. Also released as “Hit Parade 1968 orchestru Karla Duby” in random neutral preprinted Supraphon sleeves with overprinted basic credits, Supraphon 1 13 0488 (stereo), identical matrix numbers.
