Czech pianist, composer, arranger, lyricist, writer, theatre and TV director, choreograph, actor, organizer, manager. Born August 2, 1927 in Mladá Boleslav (former Czechoslovakia), died November 14, 2011 in Prague. One of the most influential personalitites of Czech pop music in the 1960s, for instance as a stage director and choreograph at the Semafor Theatre Prague (1962–1970), initiator and mentor of the early Olympic (2), or as a stage director for Karel Gott, among others.
