Unknown vocalist for the 1996 hit single 'Sing' by Nakatomi. For this release she was named after Karen Carpenter, whose group Carpenters had a 1973 hit with an easy listening version of the same tune. According to the liner notes of the CD single, Karen Carpenter Jr. is 'solely spiritually related to the legendary Karen Carpenter', hinting that the vocals on the Nakatomi version may have been lifted from one of the Carpenters' recordings, and subsequently sped up. While similar, it doesn't appear to be Carpenter's voice. To further confuse matters, the vocals were lip-synced in the music video by Swedish top model Marzena Kamizela.
