Release in company sleeve with thin paper cover b/w Japanese/English lyrics insert. Unlike the promotional Japanese ローリン・ザ・ボール = Them Heavy People release which features white labels, this version features strong brown labels with additional 'Mfd. by Toshiba-EMI Ltd in Japan' text on the label rims. Supposedly, the Japanese translation of the side A title literally translates to 'Rollin' The Ball' (a chorus lyric within 'Them Heavy People'). Release date obtained from ローリン・ザ・ボール = Them Heavy People. Man with the child in his eyes is the LP version unlike the single version used in Europe which opens with Kate saying 'He's Here" several times.
