September 25, 1948 – October 3, 2012. Blues rock and psychedelic rock vocalist, primarily active in the early-to-mid 1970s. Fronted her own band, Kathi McDonald & Friends, as well as touring with Long John Baldry. Known to have worked with Ike & Tina Turner, Big Brother And The Holding Company and The Rolling Stones.
