Kathy Bryan
Kathy Bryan took over the role of Remastering and DVD Encoding Engineer in July 2000, having previously joined Abbey Road Studios as a CD Preparation Engineer in August 1997. Kathy is responsible for the preparation of audio for DVD and during her time at Abbey Road has developed technical expertise in mastering audio for DVD. Her responsibilities include remastering a large body of back catalogue work ranging from the 1950's to the 1990's and she has encoded audio for a large amount of the DVD’s produced by Abbey Road Interactive over the last two years. Notable projects include Robbie Williams's Where Ego's Dare, Westlife's Where Dreams Come True, Travis's More Than Us, Wingspan, O Brother Where Art Thou and a range of BBC and Carlton drama series, including Old Grey Whistle Test and Thunderbirds. Prior to joining Abbey Road, Kathy worked in audio mastering and post production at a commercial recording studio in her native New Zealand before setting up her own successful mastering/post production company. She moved to the UK in 1997 and brings with her a wealth of experience in Mastering, Remastering and Post Production.
