Kathy worked with : Denis Rose (1940s), Ted Heath (1940s), Jimmy Skidmore (1940s), Art Pepper, Peanuts Hucko, Art Thompson (late 1940s), Vic Lewis (1949), led with her own group (1950-’51), Derek Humble, Dill Jones, Bert Courtley (her husband), with the Americans‘ jazz stars : Johnny Griffin, Al Haig, Earl Hines, Buddy Tate, Zoot Sims, Marian McPartland, Dick Hyman and others.
