Distribution credit by by Staalplaat/Soleilmoon derived from addresses reported on rear booklet. Note on track 1 on inner sleeve: "Thunderbird (throughout the USA and in parts of Canada, especially the Olympic Mountains in Washington and The Black Forest of Pennsylvania). These creatures have been sighted for centuries, inspiring Indian pictographs/petroglyphs and witnessed by hundreds on New World settlers. They have incredible wingspans (9 to 25 or more feet being noted by observers)."
