Artist manager for, among others, Heavenly Management Ltd., most notably for Heaven 17, and now No Qualms Mgmt. Currently managing London based band Storms. 1976-1979 : Editor of UK weekly music paper Black Echoes. 1979-1981: Publicity Director for Motown Records London office. 1981-83 : Head Of Press at Virgin Records Ltd. representing Heaven 17, Public Image Limited, Phil Collins, The Human League, and Simple Minds, among others. 1984-1997 : Formed Heavenly Management specifically to manage Heaven 17. Also represented John Lydon and Public Image Limited, and Propaganda. Began working with Nellee Hooper in 1988. 1989 Met Jazzie B and his nascent Soul II Soul aggregation. Subsequently managed Soul II Soul for just under five years. 1994 began working with Paul Oakenfold and helped him launch his Perfecto label, and represented Talvin Singh in the years before his Mercury music Award. Also acted as a consultant to Adrian Sherwood and his On-U Sound label. 1998-2014 Moved to Los Angeles. Worked with John Bird (MBE) on the Californian launch of The Big Issue, as well as writing sleeve notes for various labels (including 25 Years Of Virgin and the PIL Box Set). Managed Cave Painting, Madrepore (US), George Pringle, Juliet QA, (US). 2014 Moved to Barcelona.
