Rock and Pop
Ken Sparkes (born July 20, 1940 - died September 11, 2016, France) was an Australian radio and television personality, voice-over artist and singer. In the late 1950's while working as a DJ in New South Wales, Sparkes began recording rock and country songs for Rex (6) and Festival Records. He also co-founded the label Sparmac Productions. He died of a heart attack whilst on a river cruise in France.
