Born November 12, 1923, in Pouce Coupe, British Columbia, Canada. He is the brother of Bob Regan (2) and Fern Regan.. His first record to meet with local acclaim was "My Home By The Fraser," released in 1948. In 1957 Regan recorded "Vibratin'" for Aragon, which was released on London 17012.
