Carina Jaarnek (26 December 1962 – 16 January 2016) was a Swedish singer. During the 1970s she was part of the dansband Frösöflickorna, and during the 1980s in the dansband and Alfstarz. As a solo artist she used the name Kina Jaarnek. Her older sister Towe Jaarnek is also a singer. Married to Niels Kvistborg.
