A collection of "new and highly diverse songs", plus "a number of remixes of older songs" and "a few rare/raw early songs" The "remixes" generally seem to be the original tracks with extra sounds dubbed over the top, start and end - rather than traditional full remixes Tracks 1-6, 14 & 17 are new songs and exclusive to this release Track 7 is an unreleased demo from the early 1990s Track 8 is an alternate version of the one that appears on Machine Gun Witchcraft Track 9 is a "remix" of the original track that appears on Vicious British Boyfriend Track 10 is an alternate mix of "Blowzy Luv Of Life" from Blowzy Weirdos and different to the remix on Machine Gun Witchcraft Track 11 is an alternate mix of the one that appears on Machine Gun Witchcraft Track 12 is a "remix" of "Big Fat Sad Lad" from Bear Wiv Me Track 13 is a "remix" of "Boys Honour" from It's Dead Smart Track 15 is taken from Spider Psychiatry Track 16 is an early live recording and is actually Trouble At' Mill from Trouble At Mill/Soul Sister, although the intro has been removed and fake crowd noises added at the end.
