Band,
Electronic and R&B/Soul
The name of Klaps comes from the word "clap your hands" with a 'C' found by Yves Aouizerate then Philippe suggested putting a '' K '' for more hitting, the name was found. One can realize the correlation between klaps musicians, and those from Black & white co, in fact it was a band that worked all together under different group names. The project : Maxi was pressed 2000 copies and distributed in several countries, basically they had to do an album, but Serge Ponsar 'Rasnop' which was in contact with Warner Bros, was offered to sign an album in the US, suddenly as the potential was much greater, he signed. Therefore klaps the album did not, but we can say that the album "Out In The Night 1983" and that they had more or less expected to do, because if we look good, we find the klaps musicians. Royalties : In fact they were scammed by sonog distribution ''African society'' that put them a nice cheating, they were never paid for their sales. I want to thank Philippe Falcao, this information during a discussion with him on this project a few years ago.
