Klaus was formed in Montreal, Quebec, by François Lafontaine (Karkwa, Galaxie (2)) on keyboards, Samuel Joly on drums and Joe Grass (Patrick Watson (2)) on guitar. Brought together with a lot of ideas and, most importantly, a “no-rule” philosophy, they create an impossible mosaic of fragmented melodies.
