Two sleeves exist: one printed in orange-red and black on cream paper (this) shows track B3 as 'Communist Anthem'; the other version is printed in blue on white paper with different graphics and shows track B3 as 'Fratello Parti Gianno'. The recording is the same, an Italian song 'Compagno cittadino, fratello partigiano...' ("Fellow citizen, brother partisan...") which the insert credits as "copyright The Communist Party sometime in the first half of the 20th century".
