A.k.a. 斉藤幸二

Japanese music producer and director. Born in 1940. Joined King Records in 1962, where he initially worked mostly on children's records. He later produced records by Chikuzan Takahashi, Chieko Baisho, Akihiro Miwa, Hachiro Kasuga, etc. In 1973 he became chief director of King's Japanese pops department and worked on releases by Chiemi Eri, Peggy Hayama, and others. Retired from King Records in 2008.
