Sakata Makisuke (October 22, 1915 - August 4, 1984) was a Japanese shamisen player and the third-generation bearer of the name of Kondo Chojuro, having inherited it from his father, the second Kondo Chojuro. Currently his daughter, Kondo Chojuro (2), continues the tradition under that name.
