The commissioning of "All the Rage" was made possible by a grant from Meet the Composer / Reader's Digest Commissioning Program, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts and the Lila Wallace-Reader's Digest Fund, in cooperation with Lincoln Center, Wexner Center, and San Antonio Performing Arts Association. The Kronos Quartet's royalties from the sale of this recording will be donated to The American Foundation for AIDS Research (AmFar). Recorded at Mastersound Studios, Astoria, New York, April 1993.
