Jeff Scott Soto was hired to do the vocals for the album by Kryst The Conqueror. Due to a contract with Yngwie Malmsteen, Soto had to remain anonymous, and was referred to as Kryst The Conqueror on the release. As he was only hired, he was never an actual member of the band.
