Born in 07.07.1961, died in 13.04.2002 in Warsaw. Underrated member of the band Fatum, with whom he recorded 2 albums. Characterised by a unique hue to vote. In Fatum he was the vocalist and keyboardist. On the night of 13 to 14 April 2002 "Uriah" died in hospital at Warsaw. As later revealed the direct cause of his death was to puncture the trachea during resuscitation.
