Musician / Composer of Pop and Classical
b.: April 06, 1909 (Berlin, Germany) d.: August 07, 1967 German percussionist and composer, who also performed as a xylophone, vibraphone and marimba player in jazz and entertainment music. He started his recording career - some 400 titles - with Dajos Béla in 1927. His repertoire was mostly novelty, but in 1936 he was much influenced by swing.
