László Simon, born July 16, 1948 in Miskolc, dead September 9, 2009 in Berlin, was a Hungarian pianist. He studied for Hans Leygraf between 1966 and 1971 in Stockholm and Hannover, and continued his studies in New York and London for Ilona Kabos and Claudio Arrau. He became a professor at the Berlin University of the Arts in 1981.
