A.k.a. Lídia López Pujol
Lídia Pujol, one of the most recognizable and distinguished voices of the Catalan scene, has published two records: "Iaie" (2003) and "Els amants de Lilith" (2007). Both have been greeted with enthusiasm by the press. She has explored all styles of World Music by working with artists like Brian Dunning (Nightnoise), Jackson Browne, Dulce Pontes, Kepa Junkera, Lluís Llach and Mayte Martín, among others. Lídia Pujol's versatility is made clear in her live shows and recordings, where she carefully crafts a very unique, Catalan identity through such traditional music styles as Yiddish, Celtic, medieval, Sephardi and Spanish flamenco.
