Band, 1989-1992
Rock
L.A.P.D. stood for "Love And Peace Dude" and later on "Laughing As People Die". The band was active from 1989-1993. L.A.P.D. is James "Munky" Shaffer, David Silveria, Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu together with the singer "Richard Morill" (often misspelled Moral/Morales). Because of a drug addiction Morill stept out of the band. David, Munky and Fieldy went on and found a new voice. Jonathan Davis, who played with SexArt at that moment joined the band and they went on to form Korn in 1993. In 2010, after 17 years of silence, Richard Morill started L.A.P.D. up again with all new members. This re-start was short-lived. In early 2011 the band broke up again. Members: Richard Morill (Vocals) Derek Campbell (Guitar, 2010-2011) Jason Torres (Drums, 2010-2011) Troy Sandoval (Bass, 2010-2011) DJ Kcutz (Turntables/Samples, 2010-2011) David Silveria (Drums, 1989-1993) James Shaffer (Guitar, 1989-1993) Reginald Arvizu (Bass, 1989-1993)
