A.k.a. Lloyd Terborg

Lloyd Terborg a.k.a. "LTH the Beatcreator" is one of Holland's hip hop pioneers, born in Suriname in 1966 and arrived in Holland in 1979. Shortly after he began his hip hop career as a breakdance student during an anti-crime music workshop. With co-students Curious Cut and MC Fafa he started his first rap crew "Sonic" in 1981. After lots of holiday jobs, he bought his first instrument, a little Casio SK-1 sampling keyboard. It was not much, but still he managed to lay down some phat stuff. In the following years he worked with drum machines like the Kawai R-50, the whole Roland TR and Boss Dr. Rhythm Series, and many others. Today LTH rocks on an Akai S-900 Sampler, Roland VS-880, and Atari 1040ST computer. LTH made many productions for several Dutch/Amsterdam rap acts in the period between 1983 and 1990, such as Hurricane a.k.a Sugacane, Rude Boy, and T-rebels. He made his entrance on legendary Dutch hip hop events like the ones in Rotterdam, Paradiso Amsterdam, Akhnaton and The Amsterdam Vondelpark-RapAttack. After a brief period of silence, LTH moved from Amsterdam to the east-based city of Enschede near the German border due to work related reasons. Here he became one of the most important local hip hop heros because of all his efforts to make it happen, such as producing music for his Hengelo based crew the "Graveyard Posse" and other local rap groups, hip hop radio, and organizing jams. He performed almost everywhere in the Netherlands and Dutch/German border area. In 1994 the Graveyard Posse broke up and together with crew member Daddy Jim he moved on under the new chosen name "Herdley Everett". From 1994 until today, they shared the stage with Dutch & America`s finest MCs, such as Postmen, Extince, Family Jewels, The Roots, Delinquent Habits, Prince Paul, and others. In 1997 Herdley Everett won the famous "Big Price Of Holland" in Paradiso Amsterdam as the best rap act.
