Singer of Country and Rock
A.k.a. Larry Joe Good
US country / rockabilly singer born in 1932 in Kansas City, Missouri. Good attended Kansas City Junior College and later played professional baseball for several years in the Chicago Cubs farm system. He toured and performed professionally in the field of country music for over 40 years, working with many of the Nashville legends and Grand Ole Opry stars and appearing in every state except Hawaii, with his bands the Countrymen and the Good Times. He co-founded Lari-Jon Records and Lari-Jon Music publishing company. In the mid-1980's he helped launch a TV country music show called "Country with a Touch of Brass", which was viewed throughout Nebraska. He was later inducted into the Nebraska Country Music Hall of Fame. Larry Good died in David City, Nebraska in 2010.
